Think I found the ULTIMATE Post-workout combo!

How about this for a really good postworkout recovery while on bulking cycle ?

15 Prior to Post Workout drink:
500mg Ginger (improve protein digestability)
200mg Glucorell + 1000mcg Biotin

- Worldwide Carbo Rush drink 60g Maltodextrin + 10g Glycerol
- Worldwide Pure Protein drink 42g Whey Isolate protein

70g Carbs
42g Protein
0g Fat
=====
450 calories

Advantages:
- Liquid drinks, absorbs immediately, easy to carry to gym and consume immediately post workout
- Maltodextrin is very high-glycemic (150gi)
- The protein is whey isolate which is rapidly absorbed
- No fat

An 75 minutes after this drink eat another meal at home.
 
I beg to differ, I have made the ultimate Post Workout Drink and have posted it before.

1/3 cup of Dextrose -- 75g of pure dextrose
+
3.5 scoops 0 Carb Strawberry or Chocolate Isopure -- 85g protein

You cannot beat this shake, and it can be used while cutting or bulking. :D :D

Dextrose has a lower GI than Maltodextrin. So Malto seems better post workout.
Also where do you mix all those Dextrose and Isopure ? In the gym? I don't have a kitchen there and all this mess of using a shaker or blender there????

The Post Workout alternative I am talking about requires nothing. With the Worldwide drink bottles you JUST SIP.

1/3c dex has approx 55g carbs....1g dex = 1g carbs...just weigh it out. 1/2c is about 75g carbs.

Supplement Directs labeling is wrong on their dextrose.

Also, just think about it, how can something weigh 55g and have 75g carbs?

SD states that 1/3c dex weighs 80g.......it doesn't, it weighs about 55g...the 1/2c dex weighs approx 75-80g.

1) There is really no appreciable difference between dextrose and maltodextrin.

2) you put the powders in a sport bottle. After your workout fill the bottle with water and shake that shit for a little mini-cooldown workout.

3)Plain whey from suppdirect, dextrose from suppdirect, a little malted milk for taste. no unneeded colors or flavors, excellent nutritional value, convenient, and, most importantly, probably 1/5 the price you're paying for your WWW nutrition B.S.
