Excerpt: I have been taking A thermogenic for about 3 days now. It works great, gives me a decent sweat during the day, and I can tell my metabolism is turned on throughout the day.
Unfortunately, tonight at the gym during my weights session, I felt very weak while lifting. Is the fat burner making my muscles tired by the time I get to the gym?
Regards

It'd depend on your diet.

It depends on what you're taking exactly. Could be other factors too

Re: Thermos make you weak ?
when you take a stimulant you rev up your heart rate. so of course it will make your workouts worse, not better. that is what you are noticing.
the idea of training hard is you push push push without burning yourself out. when you take a stim it is like revving up your engine to the red part of the rpm's are burning out your engine. in the process you are inhibiting your adrenaline. so the best thing you can do ahead of a workout is NOT use stimulants!

Not sure bro I don't mess with any of that stuff. The best way to burn fat is diet and cardio.
