no way man, wait until you are like 21 or 22 to even start, you should be fine. just eat a lot of protein and eat clean, lots of fruits and vegetables. lots of chicken breast. eat eat eat lift lift lift.
i have heard shitty things about melatonin and gaba. Whats your point? Everyone reacts differently to drugs/minerals/vitamins. There is a lot of scientific research showing ZMA to being quite beneficial.
