I am wondering have any of you heard about taking a few grams of arginine with your carbs and protein postworkout? Charles Poliquin swears by it for glycogen compensation..
Just curious... my postworkout meal will be somethin like..
10g creatine + 5g glutamine
50g simple carbs
40g whey protein
etc. etc.
