supps on off days?

Excerpt: I'm doing the Big Man on Campus routine and it has 2 rest days assuming you're doing the full body routine on day 7. I take whey before, hydro builder post, and casein at night. Should I be taking these on my rest days to keep my protein consumption at a constant level or just use them when I lift. I have an idea but not totally sure just wanted some input. Thanks.

    supps on off days?

    I'm doing the Big Man on Campus routine and it has 2 rest days assuming you're doing the full body routine on day 7. I take whey before, hydro builder post, and casein at night. Should I be taking these on my rest days to keep my protein consumption at a constant level or just use them when I lift. I have an idea but not totally sure just wanted some input. Thanks.

    Keep it the same on days off. That's when you recover.

    You need to maintain your macro and caloric needs on rest days as well

    You want to continue them on off days, however real whole foods are a superior choice.
