Supplements for stomach cleansing

I would like to do some regular stomach cleansing, to keep myself detoxicated and clean from inside. Do you know what supplements would be good to achieve that?
 
The best thing for this kind of things, is fasting. This time your body will get rid of everything, and no bad substances will accumulate there. You can check out an article about that on EVO - @Stevesmi has come up with some really good content. Also, you can supplement yourself with psillium husk – it will become a gel like substance, and it will act as a scrub in the intestines, hence cleaning them out.

Honestly though, the best thing you can do to detox your body and keep your stomach flat is to eat a healthy diet that doesn't contain crap. Base your diet around single ingredient foods.

If it comes in a box and has a really long ingredient list - you probably shouldn't be eating it.

I absolutely agree. Try fasting for 24 hours once per week. That is a great way to keep everything optimal in your digestive system. That and not filling it with garbage food.
