Excerpt: I've been reading your threads for a few weeks now and I am learning a lot. I have always been highly into working out, however I am motivated to take it to the next level. I recently started drinking protein shakes and I am currently adding Glutamine. I have been researching other amino acids and such...and well there are so many pills to pop.     I've been reading your threads for a few weeks now and I am learning a lot. I have always been highly into working out, however I am motivated to take it to the next level.     BCAA
    L-Arginine
    L-Tyrosine

    I've also noticed that a lot of people are taking ALCAR. DO you recommend?

    How many times a day should I be taking
    L-Arginine & L-Tyrosine. Are there particular times of the day that would be more beneficial (post workout ect)?
