I've been reading your threads for a few weeks now and I am learning a lot. I have always been highly into working out, however I am motivated to take it to the next level. I recently started drinking protein shakes and I am currently adding Glutamine. I have been researching other amino acids and such...and well there are so many pills to pop. I want to purchase, though I'm not sure if this is overkill. Do i need all of these? would I be better off getting a protein powder that contains small amounts of each? Is one better than the other?

I've also noticed that a lot of people are taking ALCAR. DO you recommend?
