supplements for energy

I train for long distance running. I do about 25 miles per week as part of my training. That isn’t a lot for a runner but for me I am dealing with a lot of fatigue. I ran bloodwork and nothing stood out to my doctor as off, in fact my doctor said my bloods looked perfect. I think I am missing a supplement to help me, suggest one

Use cardazol before you run you'll see a huge difference in energy

Get some rest. How long have you been training like this? May just need time off to let your body rest.

I would just focus on getting enough good quality sleep and also taking days off training when needed. You just have to learn to listen to your body when it needs a break.
