Hello, to all. I am not new to Elite, but I am to this board.
I feel knowledgable enough about training and nutrition, but I feel that I have little knowledge when it comes to supplementation.
I took creatine monohydrate for a short while about 6 years ago, when I was 15, and I have used Muscle Milk before, for two short periods of time (1 small container at a time).
I assume that some form of creatine would be included, as well as other basics like glutamine. I am looking for only over-the-counter products.
What would you guys recommend for strength/power gains?
My stats:

200-210 (fluctuates w/daily sodium/food intake)
lifting on/off (mostly on) for 6 1/2 years
life-time drug free
daily caloric intake ~4,000-5000 kcal
