Supp stack for serious lifter

[FONT=&quot]I am finally starting to take lifting seriously and trying to make sure my diet and supplements are as complete as possible.Right now i am running[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]gold standard optimum whey protein[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Gold standard Casein protein[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Fish oil[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]and Armor V multi vitamin[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]I was looking into BCAA and maybe Glutamin but not sure if they are nesscary. Any opinions?[/FONT]
 
None of them are truly necessary if your diet is even just okay. While it doesn't hurt you add to this by any means, in my opinion you'll get the most from just creatine and a good multivitamin.

Why these two? Both have, just from the name, creatine.
