I have been using apple cider vinegar for a month now @ 500mgs 1 hour before the gym and I must say the burn has decreased alot and I'm able to knock out more reps when my muscles aren't burning. It definitely helps relieve the build up of Lactic acid and lengthen my workouts. Here's some info on the benefits.
