Ok, so I'm new to this sarms1 stuff. My question is how much to you take at a time? The bottle says 30ml @ 20mgs, the dropper is 1 ml, so I'm totally confused. Any help would be appreciated.
Just Take 1 ml from the dropper everyday at the same time and you'll be fine. All that means is you have 30 1 ml shots which will last you 30days. The sarms is dosed at 20 mg of product in a 1 ml dropper. Be sure to shake the bottle well before you take it. hope that helped. I'm loving it right now. I got sick and had to take a few training days off but with the sarms I didn't notice even a slight decrease in my performance after I started training again. The cardio and endurance benefits are unreal. I hope to see some fat loss soon here in week 3.
