I completely agree with steve and nightmare.
At 19 years old, your body is churning out a Nile River of test non-stop. FOOD will make all the difference. All your friends who are searching for the magic pill aren't going to make half the gains you will if you just feed those muscles.
 
creatine, Need2slin, whey, BCAA's, beta alanine.

I'm with gymrat on this one. Personally I use need to whey as my protein and gear and power chews bcaas for my bcaas, bulk beta alanine is fine and creatine I really like Ancient strength on workout days and bulk mono on off days
