So your without your dedicated protein, what to choose?

So I found myself in a situation where my big blast hadnt come in the mail yet. I had a bunch of ready to drink protein shakes avail to choose from and just landed on one I had heard of before. My question is based on performance alone, not taste what is the best ready to drink protein? I am sure others have been in this situation as well and the labels canT always be trusted.

My choices were abb pure 50, muscle milk, muscle milk light, iso pure, RTD, and a few others.

I stick with elite, when cutting I switch to isopure...
