I run into this articles stating this one of the most effective products for bodybuilding and mass gains, running (20 g/d) can give very good results, I'm not a AAS person and I wonder if this could be the right products for me thank you.
 
no man this is overhyped gimmick by some supplement company. don't believe it

In principle it seemed sound. Studies even supported it. However, the cost vs return wasn't great. It was close to £100 a kilo (so lets say $120+ a kilo).

But even if the cost had come down we didn't see users start to rave about how awesome it was, for the cost, and how much 'gainz' they got.

What was a scam was some companies claimed they'd added it as an ingredient and when you looked at it it was,in fact, minimal at best
 
Just stick to the supplements you really need to fill in the gaps in your diet. Think of creatine, a multivitamin, fish oil, and maybe a whey isolate.
