side effects of vitamin B?

Hi guys my nutritionist told me to start taking vitamin B for lethargy and lack of energy, I started taking a week ago and my energy has increased notably, but the downside of it is that I'm experiencing headaches, blurry vision and brain fog, did anyone ever experienced this with vitamin B? or it might be the quality of the vitamins and I should switch to other brand, thank you.

Check the ingredients in the supplement. It probably contains some weird filler or preservative that your body is reacting negatively to.

B-vitamins are water soluble vitamins. You can not develop toxicity symptoms from using too high of a dosage. Your body will simply excrete the excess vitamins in your urine.

That should not be from the actual vitamin. Check fillers as Muskate said or if you have changed anything else with your diet. Is it possible too that you could just be getting a flu?
