has anyone had success taking liquid supplements such as vitamins/minerals or bcaa’s?
all so what is the deal with some guys I see online selling injectable amino acids. Is this stuff as effective as steroids but safer or is that just a marketing ploy

the foods you eat already have amino acids. overdosing on them at best will result in your body excreting it and you wasting $$$. unless you live in a very poor country with not much food there is zero benefit
