Excerpt: why do you suppose you shit all the time on certain proteins and not as much or at all on others...i have heard it has to do with the amount of protein you take, but assume one takes the same amount daily, but dependent on the manufacturer or type, the shit water fairy comes a calling....any suggestions? info?

    Try taking it with food, or switching brands as some are FAR worse than others for certain individuals. For me its Muscle Milk only...I can't stomach too many others.

    cool...thanks bro...i like the convienience of juices and mixed, although my system likes powders...but the time consuming procees of mixing it is crazy...plus, there are none out there with a high amount of protein without having to mix the entire jug to get the amount you need...or are there?

    You can buy pure protein powders like Designer Whey, Simply Whey, or Max Pro, but the Cytosport Muscle Milk works best for me. It has 18 g. of fat per serving though and I believe this slows down absorption enough so that it is not problematic for me, which is what I like.
