I was at an expo at the Arnold and I was walking around and got a free smaple of their punch flavor. It has 800 calories and 40g protein for 20 ounces of it. I downed the shake fast and the taste was okay. I felt like a sugar rush but then looked at the bottle and it said to drink slowly. looking for feedback on if i should get more

don't pay any attention to the macros. pay attention to what is actually in it. macros is a great way for food companies to trick and fool you.

if you are getting a sugar rush then right off the bat it means it is horrible for you

If they warn you to drink it slowly, that seems like a red flag to me. Sounds like another processed, low quality, calorie dense drink.
