I'm an athlete, sometimes I struggle when i compete due to a lack of strength, also I have been feeling my endurance is decreasing. I've tried numerous supps over the counter and so far nothing seems to work, I found musco mxt online it Guarantees Results for strength and endurance increase, plus it's homeopathic, please advice me on this, if there are previous, or currently users here, thank you.

I have never heard of the product before so I just did a quick google score. It has a 1/5 rating on amazon.com. Doesn't look like the supplement has much merit.

Look into cardarine. It is by far the best supplement you can take to directly increase fat loss and endurance -> http://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

Like you, I noticed nothing from most over the counter supplements. Cardarine really does work. It's going to be your best bet by far.

Whenever I see something like homeopathic on a supplement, I regard it immediatelly as 'bunk'.

If you have endurance issues, cardarine can be of high use, give it a look

For strength gains why not just use creatine? It is completely safe, effective, and very cheap. Personally I use Ancient Strength from N2BM.com

When it comes to sport supplements, you should always try the mildest things first, and then start using the more potent things in a gradual manner. Therefore, it would be best to start by using such time proven supplements as creatine and BCAA's. Then, if you don't find them to be effective enough, you should consider using Cardarine GW - it is extremely effective in this regard, and interestingly, it is just as safe as creatine is. However, if is a more costly alternative, so it would be a good idea to start off with just creatine.
