Resveratrol

I did a search and this word didn't come up as a topic of main discussion, so lets get it going.

I can't drink alcohol but have long been interested in the benefits of red wine. Apparently the beneficial stuff can be isolated, and the primary UNIQUE substance that is beneficial in red wine is resveratol.

Anyone tried this supplement? REsults?

resveratrol is a very interesting compound, though its benefits will mainly be long term and health oriented.

though health supps are a important adjunct to performance enhancement.
