I made a vow to myself to cut out coffee as i realize how addicted i was to it and how much money i was wasting everyday on it. I spent $20 a day on average which is a completely waste of money. problem is now i have a tough time even getting out of bed and forget about training, i got no energy or motivation. any alternatives?

Caffeine is one of the most addictive things out there so you should treat it just like any addiction. you need to simply avoid it. there is no other way to beat it, yeah it will suck at first and you will get withdrawal sides and yes you probably will have a tough time working out. but that is why i always say don't get addicted to shit in the first place!

Get some decaf coffee and make it at home. It has minuscule amounts of caffeine but can trick your brain and help with the withdrawal symptoms.
