Have a 1-2 hour nap after the gym.
Along with BCAA's 10g, glutamine 5g, creatine 3g, whey isolate 30g, instant(30g) and complex carbs(40g), vitamin C 1g.
I dont think you'll be sore after that.

Bro..that will not prevent soreness... training actually causes tearing of muscle fibers..which causes the muscle soreness. It will however, assist with recovery of energy stores, facilitate mediating the trauma and allow for faster healing.
