Recommend me some good slow digesting protein...

I've got a 10lb bag of Optimum Whey that I eat on here and there as I really like the stuff. Anyways, was wondering if any of you could recommend me a good tasting slow digesting protein I could take before bed. Any good brands you've tried? About to start cycle in the coming weeks and want to get all the shit in place before I begin.

Cottage cheese would be the best. But if you dont like that Optimum makes a casein protein powder.

Everyone hates them, but I still have like 5 lbs of Aussie Caseinate from the protein factory.

Its been doing pretty well for me.

ON makes a Pro Complex PM, it's good. I mix it with 2 cups of skim milk for an even slower absorption rate.
