"Animal Pak" by Universal, 9 months expired..Still good to take?

Curious if it becomes toxic over time. Has some amino acids and minerals in it. Also would the nutrients still be good? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

No, usually tabs can be used years after the exp. date; same with hormones and such. Usually it's peptides and active cultures that might be rendered ineffective after a certain time Think about it - it's minerals (metal salt derivatives), they existed way before humanity did, and didn't expire

I'm not a huge fan of Animal products but the juve-meister is right, you should be good to go...
