I need to drop about 30 lbs of bodyfat before even thinking about starting a cycle. I train first thing in the morning, about 1 hour after waking up. I train before eating anything. (I use Xenadrine for a boost.) Should I take in any carbs or not before training? I'm under the impression that carbs may make fat burning harder. Is that true?
Post workout I take in 60g carbs/44g pro/0g fat. I then eat about every 2-2.5 hours after.
