question about adipo

I have about 10 pounds to lose and I was told that taking adipo kinetix AND xenadrine(or something like) will really speed the process along with diet and regular exercise. If anyone has anything to add to this, please let me know! It seems like a lot to be taking together.

i would not take them together. start out by taking 1, 3x's a day and then up the dosage to 2, 3x's a day. the most important thing is to diet correclty, eat a lot, cardio and train hard. the adipo. just aids in the whole process. losing wieght is 85% what you eat.

I have heard that there is no need to take xenedrine with adipo. I actually paired it with hydroxycut and a few hours later i felt pukish. stick with just the adipo, and lay off the burgers and that weight will come right off.
