I bumped it up from 6 caps pre to 8 caps and I could definitely feel a difference. I'm still in the zone about to munch on some pwo chicken and taters. I might have to go for a run when I'm done lol

I took it about 40 minutes preworkout and it was hitting me before I warmed up. I still "feel" it four hours later
