i picked up some super cheap milled flax from walmart because i didnt want to take fish oil anymore and ive been adding it into my protein shake before bedtime. i usually add about 2 servings ~30grams i think. that amount is supposed to have 5 grams of omega 3's in it and like 10g fiber. im looking to slow the protein absorbtion down as much as possible so that i can use more of it. will this work? or anything better?
