Protein Question

Excerpt: I bought Twin Labs Mass Fuel. It contain 74 G of protein per serving, but how much Protein is acutally being absorbed ?? Is this too much protein per serving so I am wasting it??? Thanks.

    I bought Twin Labs Mass Fuel. It contain 74 G of protein per serving, but how much Protein is acutally being absorbed ?? Is this too much protein per serving so I am wasting it??? Thanks.

    all 74 is being absorbed in 1 serving

    really??? that is wonderful news if that is true cause then i will only have to drink three of these to get my protein (along with my meals that is).

    Some people can take in more protein in one serving then others can. There is no set limit. Ginger root will help with protein digestion
