protein powder recommended

Welcome to the EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Site! Please join this discussion about protein powder recommended within the Bodybuilding Supplements category.

Excerpt: what is the most recommended protein powder on this forum? i see that a lot of people like certain brands over others, i am curious does that have to do with the macros of the protein powder or does it have more to do with the quality of it? i need one without a lot of cholesterol or soy protein.

Real food but if you have to go with a powder for some reason, I like the Kaizen brand at Costco. Only 5 ingredients and a whey isolate.
