I mix my protein powder with soy milk because soy doesn't contain lactose....
I would stay away from anything soy if I were you. You know what the main ingredient in most menopausal formulas for women are?......SOY
Why you may ask? Because it increases estrogen.
Not sure how much you would need to have an actual increase, but your best bet is to stay away from it all together, imo.
If your lactose intolerant, why not try some coconut milk instead?
