our bodies do not need any sort of powder. i don't care if it is protein powder, veggie powder, or baby powder. the typical american diet is extremely protein heavy already, many people eat 3-4 meals a day with protein. you know what we don't get that our muscles actually need though? proper SLEEP and we stress too much. i am amazed every morning around 6:30-7 watching my neighbors in a rush to go to their shit jobs and screaming at their kids to get ready for school. then coming home at 6pm and looking like they got hit by a truck. nice fucking life we have been brainwashed into having
 
You can get all your protein needs from vegetables alone. I have cut down my meat consumption by alot.

Are you telling this to someone? Moral of the story is get your protein in. I could care less how people get it in. Just get it
 
You can get all your protein needs from vegetables alone. I have cut down my meat consumption by alot.
