protein ?

i take one scoop with water when i get up, 2 scoops with water after i workout, should i take another scoop with milk and flax oil before bed?

Why not? It's the perfect time to replanish amino acids into your system, when your body will utilize most of what you put in... ??? ... right??? wrong!!!
 
Take both protein and simple cabs after a workout - the protein to give your body the building blocks it needs since you have just broke down your muscles and the simple carbs to replenish glycogen stores as well as give you an insulin response to help shuttle the nutrients into your system.
