I read something online that 90% of probiotics don't do anything in the body and that they are just gimmicks

can you explain to me why that is and suggest a brand that you recommend that actually works

I just did a round of antibiotics so I think it would be wise to run them

i would say it is actually like 99% lol. if you are buying probiotics online or off a shelf then you are wasting your money, the bacteria has to be alive

the one i recommend is sach boulardii and it is sold COLD at whole foods

i dont have a brand of probiotics i like i like most probiotics, refrigerated brands are good

add natural foods like kefir and kombucha
