I have heard 2 schools of thought:

1. Take on empty stomach so that good bacteria have space to attach to intestine walls.
2. Take on full stomach so that the stomach is less acidic and the probiotic makes it to the intestines better.

Which is true? Should I take one on empty and another on full?

I would just follow the instructions on the probiotic packing.

Why would they 'need space'?
