what are the best pre-workout you recommend if you are a gym weight lifter
and which pre workouts do you recommend for someone who has to wake up early to lift

I wouldn't use something every single day so it doesn't become habit forming and ineffective. Just a cup of black coffee here and there should do the trick.
 
I save all the pre-workout money now and just get a 5$ jar of coffee
