Pretty high in T at 36 years old

I am 36 years old and I have health issues. A few weeks ago I had my testosterone checked, and my total testosterone is actually high normal.
My shgb is very high, which has my free testosterone
in normal range.
I’m curious if anyone has any insight as far as why my testosterone would be high normal at my age and given my health issues?
Are there any supplements can help? what should i do?

You need to be a little more specific. When you say high, how high is high? High as far as average 36 year old or high as in outside of normal range or high as in equal to someone doing 500 mg of Test a week?
