predigested protein

Has anyone tried twinlab predigested protein. If so how do you get it down, it has to be the nastiest sh*t I've ever had. Two tbsp gives 30grams of protein and it's cheap, 10 bucks. It has the consistency of cough syrup and tastes like the back side of my balls.
