Pre-workout options

I see a lot of pre-workout out there and now I'm hearing about so many of them being spiked
I didn't really understand the articles about their spiking didn't explain it very well
but what are these guys spiking their pre workouts with I don't understand

spiking is a fancy word for lying

they lie about what is in their products and what the label says.

these companies and businessmen behind them should be boycotted for life no questions asked. they make the legit supp companies look bad

there are a lot of preworkout options

but only real deal preworkout that works is Cardazol and ostazol m1mk

i stack 2 caps of each before training

example of spiking would be claiming 50g of protein when only 20g

bros my goto preworkout is cardazol 3 caps and post workout ostazol 3 caps
