Just a quicky about shakes. You should always drink your shake no more than 30 mins after
your workout which is fine, I always manage this but a few times now Ive been missing it
due to got going directly home after me workout.
What I want to know is: If I make my shake as usual, store it in a bottle while I workout
then have it after will it still be ok ? ? ok as in, not gone off, lost its potency etc etc.
