Been away from the gym for a few years due to heavy and erratic work schedule . Not a newbie to the gym or hormonal supps, I have at least a decade of heavy lifting under my belt. I just haven't lifted in a while. I started back lifting this month, and I'm up almost 8lbs already without taking anything(muscle memory I guess). I was thinking of running the 3 above next month.
Opinions? Good idea? Overkill?
