real good energy from these. Very nice, clean and focused. Takes about 20-30 minutes to kick in, then it's all good.

I really want to try out the pre-workout. Have you tried it before?

Bro..the pre-workout formula is the bomb!!!! I have been struggling with some of my MMA training that is about 2 hours of heavy explosive grappling and then boxing. Fatigue and general desire have been an issue....

Well 3 weeks of the pre-workout and the pre-workout creatine and I have noticed a difference the last 3 training sessions.

I just ordered the Recovery formula

Definitely man.. That's one thing i love about em. I hated guzzling down a bunch of BCAA but now I can just chew on these between meals.
