anyone ever heard of the liquid one that is a prescription. is it better than the pills over the counter? is it better than baking soda for buffering lactic acid. do i take before or after workout.
Lactic acid build up is short lived if you have been at the gym for awhile you should only be experiencing soreness from the muscles being torn down from the workout, that soreness will go away as well in time.
i am not talking about lactic acid from working out, i am talking about running long distances. i cant get epo so what can i take to decrease lactic acid and increase endurance. thanks
