Are post-workouts good?

Anyone heard about a post-workout called Secret Sauce? The name is qutie appealling, but the price is a but steep at 50 bucks, so I'd like to make sure it works before buying it...

It is just creatine, bcaa, sugars, and some propiertary blend. I would stay away from products that have propiertary blends, because you end up not knowing what you are actually putting into your body. Just have a good meal after the workout – that is the best post-workout ever!

Lol secret sauce.

I am surprised Mcdonalds didn't slap them with a lawsuit. It's a sugar, creatine and a amino acid supplement. Save your money. You could get the same thing for 1/10th the cost by buying the individual ingredients separately yourself.

All you need post workout is a regular meal. Good carbs, lean protein, good fats. Something like chicken, rice, veggies, avocado.
