    PM cardio

    I recently started running after work and found it quite enjoyable and different. I have been hitting 40+ minutes pretty easy. It also kills my apatite before bed, no carb cravings


    Anyone else enjoy a run in the dark? It can be kind of creepy

    I always do my cardio last thing at night (usually around 10:30pm) after I'm done training. I'm pretty happy with this scheduling as I have full energy for my lifts first, and it gets me a little worn down which helps kick towards wrap up and go to bed mode.

    I absolutely hate running. Biking is something I've find more fun.
