Phen-free is a fat burning product that is good for people who are sensitive to regular eca stacks. Phen free contains L-tyrosine for appetite suppression, Green tea for a mild stimulatory effect, st. johns wort for mood elevation, synephrine for a mild thermogenic effect(a lot more mild than ephedrine, doesn't penetrate the blood brain barrier nearly as well), and alpha lipoic acid for insulin regulation. It seems to work ok, I used it as my first thermogenic about 20 weeks out from Teen Nationals and saw decent results. Regular thermogenics are more effective though. Good luck!
