Well due to some fucked up circumstances that some know and others do not. I ended up taking several days away from everything. Im planning on diving back in monday. Its been since monday or tuesday that I had any supps or workout for that matter.


Ill end up spending tomorrow trying to rework my plan, and come back and destroy some shit!
