pedialite in body building

I'm running a cycle of clen and as you guys know it cause high dehydration and can even cause cramps, I was wondering if I can replaced water with pedialite , like having a bottle of pedialite instead of loading my body with lots of water, thanks.

pedialyte has too much sugar for my liking. it also contains dyes which are cancer causing

it is almost as bad as your typical sports drink

coconut water actually has a lot of potassium, but lacks the sodium to truly replace what you are sweating out

essentially mixing coconut water, a scoop of greens powder, with regular water, and some salt could be a great mix to replenish.

Clamps are a very common side effect when using clenbuterol. Pedialite is basically a salt and sugar drink. I wouldn't use it regularly. You are using clen to loose body fat. Drinking a bunch of sugar to treat the side effects from the weight loss drug would be counter productive.

Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/lower back pumps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.
